Why your Mondays (might) suck! And some pointers to help get them to ROCK!

Social media newsfeeds aren’t generally a happy place on Monday mornings which tells you a lot about the state of society!

I have observed for quite some time how many of us wish the week away and live for the weekend. Often times, it is said in jest, but the detailed language that many people use during their day-to-day tells you a lot about how the feel about their lives.

Just do yourself a favour and google the term “Monday morning” and then click on images to see what I’m talking about…

Almost always when I meet someone new, I casually ask them what they do for a living and if they enjoy it. More often than not, there is that pause/hesitation before they almost mumble that it’s “cool”.

This morning, a good friend of mine named John Sanei, released a vlog speaking directly to this point and I thought I’d share it with all of you. As human beings, we tend to unconsciously design our lives around a blueprint that we didn’t create.

This Monday morning is an opportunity to CREATE as you see fit. We live in a time where people can truly design their lives as they please so I’d like to encourage you this morning to live according to that.

Don’t believe me? Take the next 2 minutes to hear John’s views on the matter:
